Whilst dealing initially with the general public I quickly realized that many people shared my disdain for the insurance industry and all that surrounded it,I also discovered that people simply wanted their broker to explain what aspects of the business they didn’t understand, and to carry out their wishes rather than those of the companies.
Very soon I became aware of the fact that in order to serve the publics interests then I needed to represent my clients,rather than the companies.
